generally ok, some issues
huge choice beautiful views attentive staff bad service long wait ignored call
the breakfasts had a huge choice, i felt spoilt. the views from the breakfast floor were beautiful. the staff were good and very attentive. this made the mornings quite special.
the service was not always great. i waited more than 35 minutes for someone to take my order. the young lady saw me calling her, but she ignored me! i felt really neglected.

effective soundproofing blackout curtains great breakfast convenient location
the room featured effective soundproofing and blackout curtains these contributed to restful nights the shower had good water pressure and temperature control i found this very refreshing the hotel provided a great breakfast with a huge choice of items i also appreciated the hotel's location close to shops and restaurants
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture in the room it was not significant but worth mentioning for attention to detail

amazing stay!
convenient location cava glass refreshing pool
I found the location convenient to access local attractions. the staff greeted me with cava. It was a nice touch. the rooftop bar offered amazing views and a refreshing pool. i could easily walk to various sights, restaurants, and shops (which was perfect for exploring the city).
i noticed that the room cleaning wasn't consistent. one day, the room was cleaned early, yet another day, it wasn't cleaned by late afternoon. it was a bit inconvenient, as i had to request it later.

the location made walking to main attractions simple. the lobby decor was nice. i also noticed the hotel offered airport transportation for an extra fee. the hotel also provides complimentary toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner.
